At RSF Bathrooms, we believe that our prices are simply unbeatable. If you have received a quote or somehow found cheaper prices for our products, then please do contact us either via email or over the phone. Please have proof of the quote ready.
Please note we do not price match against verbal quotations, international websites, or auction websites.

What payment methods do you use?
We can take payment via a number of different methods as laid out below:
Online through the website:
The easiest, fastest and safest way to pay for your order is to check out online. You’ll automatically receive your order confirmation after placing your order, with your assigned order number. You can pay by MasterCard and Visa Credit & Debit cards, with all payments being made 100% secure by the SagePay online payment gateway system.
You can also checkout with PayPal express, using your PayPal balance or Debit/Credit Card through PayPal.
By Phone
If you would like to order your products over the phone, please call us on 01708 444355 – please have the SKU codes of the product(s) you wish to order to hand as this will make the ordering process easier. All SKU’s are displayed on the product pages themselves, near the price.
By Cheque
If you would like to pay for your order by cheque then please first email us with details (including the product code and description) of the product(s) you wish to order along with your invoice and delivery address (if different). We will then put your details on the system and email you back a quotation for you to print out and post to us with the cheque. Please make the cheque payable to “RSF Building Services Ltd” and post it to

Once received and cleared, we will process the order and send you an order confirmation email.
By Bank Transfer:
Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, please first email us with details (including the product code and description) of the product(s) you wish to order along with your invoice and delivery address (if different). We will then put your details on the system and email you back our bank details so that you can make a transfer. Once the payment has gone through you will receive an order confirmation email.

Is your website secure?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including MasterCard and Visa. We also take secure payments from PayPal balances, and you can purchase with BACS by contacting us prior for the required information.

Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the PayPal Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
